Honda WN7 is the company’s first electric bike, which was first showcased at the EICMA motor show. This bike is considered the production version of the company’s EV Fun Concept. According to the company, the electric bike is capable of delivering a certified range of around 130 kilometers on a single full charge. It comes with a peak power output of 15kW, which provides strong performance. Another highlight is its fast-charging technology, allowing the battery to charge from 20% to 80% in just 30 minutes.

Honda first showcased its first electric bike at the EICMA 2024 show as the production model of the EV Fun Concept. Now, the company has also filed the design patent for the WN7 in India. This indicates that Honda may soon be planning to launch this electric motorcycle in the Indian market.
Single Charge Range Revealed
Honda WN7 electric bike can deliver a range of up to 130 kilometers on a single full charge. It comes with a Combined Charging System Type-2 (CCS2) fast charging setup, which allows the battery to charge from 20% to 80% in just 30 minutes. When charged with a regular home charger, the bike takes around 3 hours to get fully charged.
Honda WN7 Electric Bike Performance
Honda claims that the WN7 delivers performance similar to a 600cc petrol-powered motorcycle, while its speed and torque are said to feel comparable to larger 1000cc ICE bikes. The company is expected to offer the bike in two power variants. The first will feature an 18kW liquid-cooled motor designed for A2 license holders, while the second will come with an 11kW power output aimed at riders with an A1 license.

Honda electric bike is expected to come with several advanced features. It will get a 5-inch TFT display that allows riders to easily check important information such as speed, range, and trip details. Along with this, the bike is also expected to offer features like cruise control, Bluetooth connectivity, hazard lights, LED DRLs, LED indicators.
