Land Rover has brought a new India-focused special edition to its flagship luxury SUV range. Called the Range Rover SV Sawai Collection, this exclusive series has been priced at ₹4.90 crore (ex-showroom) and is limited to just 18 vehicles worldwide.
The collection takes inspiration from three celebrated cities in Rajasthan—Jaipur, Jodhpur and Jaisalmer—with six examples allocated to each edition.

Range Rover SV Sawai Collection
Each of the three editions carries an ex-showroom price of ₹4.90 crore. Production is restricted to 18 units in total, which means only six buyers can choose each city-inspired theme. The Sawai Collection is also the third India-specific Range Rover Bespoke series, following the SV Ranthambore and SV Masāra editions.
Every vehicle receives a personalised plaque carrying its edition name and a “1 of 6” marking. This detail underlines the limited production run and gives each SUV a more individual identity than a standard model.

Three Editions Drawn From Rajasthan
Range Rover Bespoke has translated the colours and architectural character of Rajasthan’s three cities into distinct exterior and cabin combinations. Rather than offering a common special-edition treatment, each version has its own design story.
Sawai Jaipur Edition
Inspired by Jaipur’s Pink City identity, this version gets a warm rose-tinted exterior. Its cabin combines Ecru and Deep Garnet shades, while seat embroidery takes inspiration from the jharokha patterns associated with Hawa Mahal. Deep Garnet and Ebony leather on the steering wheel, white ceramic controls and edition-specific rear cushions complete the theme.
Sawai Jodhpur Edition
The Jodhpur version reflects the Blue City with a soft blue exterior finish. Inside, Perlino and Riviera tones set the mood. Seat embroidery references the intricate jali patterns found in the city’s palaces and forts, while Liberty Blue carpets and matching leather-bound mats continue the colour theme.
Sawai Jaisalmer Edition
Jaisalmer’s golden sandstone architecture inspires the third edition. It features a golden exterior shade and a Perlino and Caraway cabin combination. Seat embroidery brings together elements of traditional block printing and the architectural character of Jaisalmer Fort.
Exclusive Exterior Details and Bespoke Finish
All three SUVs share a number of distinctive exterior details. These include 23-inch Champagne alloy wheels, an Atlas Silver exterior pack and 24-carat gold-plated surrounds for Range Rover lettering. The combination keeps the familiar Range Rover design intact while adding a more exclusive finish for this limited collection.
Four-Seat Layout Focuses on Rear Passenger Comfort
The collection is based on the long-wheelbase Range Rover SV and uses a four-seat configuration. Rear passengers get reclining seats with heating, cooling and massage functions, along with entertainment screens and fold-out tables. Bespoke upholstery, embroidered details and carefully matched cabin materials further distinguish each edition.
4.4-Litre Twin-Turbo V8 Engine and Performance
Power comes from a 4.4-litre twin-turbocharged petrol V8. Land Rover’s published Range Rover SV specification lists output at 395kW and peak torque at 750Nm, paired with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Power figures are sometimes converted differently across reports, so the kilowatt figure is the clearest way to state the manufacturer specification.
A Collector-Focused Range Rover With an Indian Story
At ₹4.90 crore, Range Rover SV Sawai Collection is aimed at buyers looking for a highly personalised luxury SUV rather than a regular flagship model. Its strongest appeal lies in the connection between each edition and a specific Rajasthan city, supported by bespoke cabin details and a production run of only six vehicles per theme.
For collectors who value rarity and design with a local cultural reference, the Sawai Collection adds another distinctive chapter to Range Rover’s India-specific Bespoke offerings.
