New Renault Duster Design
The new Renault Duster features a muscular and boxy design with a strong SUV stance. It gets flared wheel arches, chunky body cladding and upright proportions that give it a rugged road presence. The India spec model carries minor visual changes compared to the international version, helping it stand out in the local market. Built on the CMF B platform, the SUV looks more modern and structurally stronger. At the front, updated LED DRLs and a compact yet bold profile enhance its premium appeal.
Interior & Features
Inside, the All New Renault Duster has received a major upgrade. It comes with a freestanding touchscreen infotainment system and a fully digital instrument cluster. Material quality and cabin ergonomics have been improved significantly. Higher variants are expected to offer wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, automatic climate control, a 360 degree camera, wireless charging, a sunroof and connected car technology, making the new Duster far more tech focused than its predecessor.
Safety Features
Safety is one of the key highlights of the Renault Duster 2026. The SUV is expected to offer six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, traction control, rear parking camera and ISOFIX child seat mounts as standard or optional depending on the variant. Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) are also likely to be offered on higher trims. Thanks to the CMF B platform, the SUV benefits from improved structural rigidity. The ground clearance is reported to be around 209 mm, making it suitable for Indian road conditions.
Engine & Gearbox
The new Renault Duster is expected to be launched initially with a 1.5 litre turbo petrol engine. Transmission options may include a manual gearbox and a 7 speed automatic unit. A diesel engine option appears unlikely at launch, although Renault may consider introducing hybrid or electric variants at a later stage. The brand has focused on balancing fuel efficiency with smooth on road performance for Indian buyers.
